If I place my order Friday before noon with next day shipping will it be delivered Saturday?
Answer: Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only. If your order was placed Friday before noon, you should expect your delivery on Monday.

How long will it take to get my package?
Answer: It depends on which shipping method you choose. Canada Post is free on all orders over $49 before tax, and they usually take 3-5 business days. UPS is faster but there is an additional charge. This charge depends on where you are located

I placed an order today, with same day shipping I should get it today right?
Answer: No. Same day shipping means that it leaves our facility the same day you place your order. However please be advised this is only if your order was placed before 12:00 noon, otherwise it will leave the next day. How long it takes to get to you depends on what shipping method you choose.

How can I track my order?
Answer: As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email via Canada Post or UPS (whichever shipping method you chose) that you can input onto their wesbite(s) to get up to date information as to where your package currently is and an estimated delivery date.
