get the results you want for stunning, glowing skin while holding the
reins on your wallet?

skin transforming foods there are packed into your refrigerator.
There's nothing better than being able to go into your own kitchen
and find what you need to keep your skin glowing, smooth, and blemish
are my top face masks for different skin problems:
Breakfast Mask – For Oily Skin
½ cup cooked oatmeal
tablespoon lemon juice
the lemon juice in this mask go to work to remove the excess oil and
dead skin cells, while the oatmeal soothes the skin and calms any red
patches or roughness.
note: If you are looking for a way to naturally exfoliate without
irritating your skin, use this mask with dry oatmeal and little bit
of brown sugar and coconut oil. Scrub those flakes away!
Mask – For Dry Skin
½ an avacado
1 tablespoon of plain greek yogurt
tablespoon of olive oil
omega fatty acids in the avocado and olive oil with help seal any
cracks and moisturize your skin, while the honey and yogurt help to
sooth the redness and possible discomfort. Your skin will feel
refreshed, soft, smooth and moisturized in no time.
Mask – For Acne Prone Skin
½ a banana, mashed
½ teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of turmeric
teaspoon of lemon juice
My BFF when that time off month rolls around, this mask is perfect for concurring mild to moderate acne break outs. Bananas are packed with vitamin A which promotes healthy skin production and keeps those pores clean and refreshed. The turmeric helps remove any possible acne-causing bacteria and the baking soda absorbs excess oil build up. Acne BE GONE!
Mask – For Tired, Rough Skin
½ a cucumber, pureed
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
tablespoon of honey
The spas weren't joking around when they placed some sliced cucumber on your eyes, they work miracles when it comes to reduces redness and leaving your skin with a cool, soothed feeling. The sugar helps exfoliate gently and the honey adds extra soothing, leaving your skin noticeably softer after just one pamper.
Mask – For Tired Skin
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tablespoons of coarse sugar
1 tablespoon of olive or coconut oil
The lemon and sugar work together to exfoliate away the dead skin cells, and the olive or coconut oil moisturize and restore your skin to a fresh, dewy place.
Honey Mask – For a good Glow
¼ cup of honey
2 tablespoons of orange juice
The combination of brightening honey and the vitamin c in the organ juice leaves your skin with a feel-good glow.
